Border P7 Minis Tournament - Netherdale

Melrose P7 Mini Hornets took part in the Gala RFC Mini Maroons Tournament for P7 Border Minis at Netherdale on Friday 13th April. The Mini Hornets were drawn in Group 2 and had some tough matches against Selkirk, Kelso and Langholm. Although they didn’t proceed to the final, they enjoyed a good afternoon of rugby in excellent conditions.

The final, prior to the Border Reivers match, was between Kelso and Hawick and Hawick triumphed, winning the David ‘Lofty’ Loughton Memorial Cup.
