MINI TOURNAMENT - 9TH MARCH 2008

This year’s Primary 4-7 Mini Tournament hosts teams from Gala, Jed, Kelso, Selkirk and, at the P6 age group, a visiting team from Ilkley. Minis should arrive at the Greenyards at 10.30 as matches kick off at 11.00 prompt.

As we will be hosting five visiting teams, could we please ask you generous parents to bear these increased numbers in mind when providing the following for the after-match spectator catering:

P4: Cakes/Biscuits
P5: Cakes/Sandwiches
P6: Savouries
P7: Sandwiches

Those parents who have already volunteered to help in the kitchen, please check the rota on arrival. Any other parents who could offer help with serving/clearing, etc, please contact Jenni (jenni@monksford.co.uk) or Helen (helenhunter2@aol.com).
